EuroStar challenged Pelham with creating a home from home. In the new working world, post covid, how do you get people back to work? We tackled the issue through creating inviting, inspirational spaces. By working together with EuroStar we were able to better understand what the Leadership Team wanted to provide to the employees and, therefor, what we had to deliver.

Our dedicated team tackled the challenge head on, skillfully managing intricate Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) work while adhering to the constraints of the existing landlord's system to preserve warranty integrity.
