Pellham were appointed to carry out refurbishment to existing and new laboratories, works consisted of alterations and additions to the existing M&E and DWS infrastructure, along with positive and negative pressure environments, remodelling and reconfiguration of Trespa lab benching, formation of new clean rooms, repairs to ceilings, new flooring to write up areas, full redecoration.
