Pelham were commissioned to refurbish all of Mitsubishi Electrics, Hatfield’s W.C. blocks over 3 floors. 

The brief was to reflect Mitsubishi’s technological and innovative ‘status’, incorporating energy efficient products and systems, including pir lighting, infared taps, 4.5 litre capacity toilets, and retro fit pipework to incorporate a rain water harvesting system.
