Pelham Interiors has been working closely with Hybrid Fitness on several gym projects of varying sizes, ranging from small to a whopping 20,000 square feet. In all these projects, we have made sure to maintain Hybrid's branding to give the franchises a consistent look and feel.
One of our projects was Hybrid Reigate, which involved refurbishing an existing gym to create a new 10,000 square foot space. Our goal was to maintain as much of the original gym as possible while adding new features such as improved ventilation through new AC equipment, electrical works including distribution, lighting, and small power. We also installed hot yoga rooms with heat up to 35 degrees.
In another project, Hybrid Wimbledon, we started from scratch with a 20,000 square foot space. We carried out a brand new fit-out, including new AC, electrical, mezzanine, partitioning, squash court, spiral staircase, and feature lighting. We also created a reception area with a juice bar, coworking space with phone booths and desks.
Finally, in Hybrid Putney, we tackled a three-floor space totaling 8,000 square feet. We worked on the shell and core and then carried out a full fit-out, including all-new AC, electrical partitions, and acoustic ceiling to prevent disturbing nearby residents. We also installed hot yoga rooms.
